THE JOURNEY BEGINS

We just love camping in the Uintas and decided to try some place new.

This time around we settled on camping near Long Park Reservoir.

We’ve camped in the area before when we visited Spirit Lake some years ago.

On this trip we visited 3 reservoirs, Long Park, Sheep Creek & Browne.

One of the highlight was visiting the old Fire Lookout Tower on Ute Mountain.

As always, the uncertainty of finding a campsite that will accommodate 65′ of truck & trailers is nerve racking but it always seems to work out.

I think it’s time for a Toy Hauler!

I’m very thankful the trip started and ended with no major issues.
