Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge

A beautiful day to get out albeit was only 18 degrees. The missus had never been to the refuge and it’s didn’t disappoint. We saw quite a few things today including, American Bald Eagle, Great Blue Heron, Northern Harrier, American Kestrel, Barn Owl, Coyote and Pie-Billed Grebes which we nicknamed ‘Nopes’ because every time I got out of the jeep to snap a shot they went under.  we saw several other species which have yet to be identified.
