The family’s trip to Pike Hole Resort in Cass Lake, MN
I’m not stranger to Minnesota and have been wanting to visit again since moving to Utah 26 years ago. Mom and dad took the family to Minnesota and Wisconsin a lot while we were growing up in Illinois.
Road Trip! We took mamma’s’s 4Runner with the boat in tow.The drive out took 3 days with stops in Miles City, MT and Fargo, ND. Other than regularly scheduled stops we had one unplanned stop in Bismark,ND to get a new boat cover. All in all the drive out and back went pretty smooth.
I want to thank the resort owners Frank & Gert Patterson and their son Todd for their generosity and hospitality. They made this trip very memorable
